Employer Services

Core/Voluntary Benefits Enrollment and Education
Healthy Benefit's licensed benefit counselor will conduct individual meetings with your employees to communicate and/or enroll employer-sponsored and personal insurance benefits. Our experienced staff will put together a customized enrollment timeline that accommodates each and every employee at your workplace. Benefit elections are collected electronically during the enrollment and then uploaded into your system allowing for the information to be entered into your payroll.
Personalized Benefit Statement
Healthy Benefits will provide each employee with a personalized benefit statement. These illustrations give employees a snapshot of their entire compensation package, including benefits and salary, which can help them understand the value of their benefits program.
Personalized Benefit Booklet
Healthy Benefits will provide each employee with a benefit booklet that will provide a detailed overview of each benefit that you provide for them- core and voluntary. It is a custom illustration that incorporates your company logo and explanation for each employee benefit you provide. This greatly enhances employee understanding of how their benefits work in addition to the cost associated with your benefit program.
Consumer-driven Health Plans Enrollment and Education
As health insurance premiums increase, Consumer-driven Health Plans are becoming increasingly more popular. With these plans comes an increased demand for benefit communication and education. Studies reveal that the most effective way to conduct enrollments and increase participation in Consumer-driven Health Plans is through a series of group and one-to-one meetings. We can help you succeed in your CDHP implementation by helping your employees understand the advantages of these plans.
Federal and State Tax Credit Services
Many businesses are either not aware or don't have the time to take advantage of all the great Federal and State Tax Credits available to businesses. With our strategic partnerships we have the ability to help companies identify these lucrative tax credits. The potential of the credits can be very substantial for both small and large companies.
Federal Tax Credits
  • -Work Opportunity Tax Credit (WOTC) Program - Credits up to $2,400 per employee
  • -Welfare To Work (WtW) - Credits up to $9,000 per employee
  • -Empowerment Zone - Credits up to $3,000 per employee per year
  • -Renewal Community Zone - Credits up to $1,500 per employee per year
State Tax Credits

Each state has its own business credits or incentives to stimulate the economy; we are actively pursuing these credits to provide our clients with the highest amount of credits possible. The list below is just a few examples of the many different State Tax Credits available:

THIS PLAN IS NOT INSURANCE. This plan does not make payments directly to the providers of medical services. The plan member is obligated to pay for all healthcare services but will receive a discount from those healthcare providers who have contracted with the discount plan organization. This plan provides discounts at certain healthcare providers for medical services.

This discount card program contains a 30 day cancellation period. FL, LA, ND, OK, SC, SD and TX residents: Member shall receive a full refund of membership fees, excluding registration fee, if membership is cancelled within the first 30 days after receipt of membership materials. AR and TN residents: A refund of all fees will be issued if membership is cancelled within the first 30 days. MD Residents: The membership fee and one-time registration fee (minus $5.00) will be refunded if cancelled within the first 30 days and upon return of the discount card. The range of discounts for medical or ancillary services provided under the plan will vary depending on the type of provider and medical or ancillary service received. The discount medical card program makes available, before purchase and upon request, a list of program providers, including the name, city, state, and specialty of each program provider located in the cardholder's service area.
